Will share a quotation according to the agreed solution. Modifications on the proposed system could happen until we reach the ideal solution according to the client needs & requirements
After the official confirmation on the agreed solution and proposal, we will share the detailed design along with the drawings. The MEP contractor will use these drawings to pull the required cables according to the design that was agreed on.
Inspection on the pulled cables will happen prior to the installation stage to make sure that all the cabling works were done perfectly. After that, the installation of the products will occur as per the agreed design & plan.
At this stage, after the connection and termination of all products and components, the programming and commissioning of the system will start as per the agreed scenarios mentioned in the designed stage.
Once the project is ready to be handed over, our team will walk through the completed system with the client and showcase each of the functionalities that have been scoped out and agreed upon. At this stage, the client will see his/her dreams come true.
Our systems are user-friendly yet, our clients can enjoy a complimentary training session on the installed system features and functionalities.
Once we have the system installed, commissioned, and handed over, it is important for the client to ensure a hassle-free experience with it hence, we recommend to acquire our annual "Green Shield" contract to guarantee a flawless experience with the Acolux system.
